Everyone has had at least one psychic experience. Most people have had several and describe them often as random occurrences. Typically, psychic events are experienced alongside intense emotions. But you don’t necessarily want to have a melt down to establish a psychic connection! Fear, pain, love, desire are the primary vehicles upon which psychic connection travels as opposed to guilt, shame and embarrassment which are manufactured/artificial/social feelings. They don’t have to be random either.

In the west, psychic researchers have focused on the receiver and tended to ignore the sender or transmitter. This is despite a well-established fact that it’s often the sender who is in trouble and transmitting a message to the receiver. In the east, the opposite has been the focus

The ability to visualize vividly is key in the successful transmission of telepathy. This was discovered when a psychic researcher, using hypnosis telepathically to put people under, found that to concentrate on a word like “sleep”, or “relax” or other verbal commands didn’t work anywhere near as well as when he concentrated on a vision of them sleeping. It’s important to note, however that no matter how hard you visualize someone doing something they really DON’T want to do, they won’t do it for you. There is one exception to this related to the charismatic gift, but that’s a longer conversation.

Charismatics are exceptionally gifted transmitters. They are capable of “infusing” thoughts, ideas, feelings, and urges into the minds of others but don’t get excited, they are extremely rare. Examples are political leaders, extraordinarily successful sales people, motivational speakers, cult leaders and influencers of some ilk or another who have followers numbering in the thousands or even millions. These gifted folks are able to shift people’s thoughts in a direction that often much later, people will describe as, “awakening almost from a trance”.

Language Barrier as Motivator to Psychic Connection

I discovered this when I was traveling through Mexico alone many years ago. My Spanish was limited primarily to bodily functions but when I needed to find places and communicate with people, psychic connection was my only recourse. By the end of a winter’s journey, I was relying on it all the time! If you want to develop your psychic ability, go somewhere by yourself where you cannot speak the language. You’ll be amazed at how adept you’ve become at transmitting psychic thoughts. I would imagine new immigrants have much to say about their well exercised psychic muscle!

If you want to develop your sender psychic ability, remember to keep a single vision in your head. Concentrate on one picture and keep it simple. Like a picture of a neon number flashing brightly or item or action. Don’t bombard your receiver with too many images or anything too complex. Numbers are the easiest because there seems to be a unique power that fires between the mind and numbers.

Rapport Between Sender & Receiver Helps

Having a rapport with the person you are transmitting to (at least at the beginning of your apprenticeship) will garner better success. It’s ideal to practice your telepathy while being together in the same room before sending and receiving at a distance. This will attune your spirits, further affording the sender an immediate opportunity to correct any errors in the transmission content and tweak the communication link. Physical tests while performing psychic transmission have shown that a psychic attunes their brain waves to the rhythm of another person’s brain. Interestingly, people who are psychically attuned have heart beats in sync as well as brain waves. Hearts in this case really do beat as one!

Psychic ability is also greatly impacted by electrical facilitation or interference. For example, a hectic electrical storm will block it but electric magnetic energy generated by high frequency machines can facilitate it.

Psychic Practice: The Wise Approach

Although researchers have been conducting experiments and filing data for more than 60 years on psychic ability, we remain still at the threshold of truly comprehending it. There is more acknowledgement of its existence in our mainstream culture presently (and thankfully!), which is supporting its development and evolution. The focus, however has been on its potential military/spook uses, not for its role in spiritual development.

It takes an extraordinary force of energy to use your psychic power. As you work to develop your own, bear that in mind. Especially at the beginning of your training, you’ll be bone-weary after only an hour of practice. Some have reported dropping ten pounds in a two hour session. Take your time, spread out your practice sessions to no more than once a week (longer would be better) and thoroughly document your results. These notes will make up the most important book you’ve ever read on the subject because every person’s experience is as special as their fingerprint. We tend to be gifted in either transmitting or receiving and show strengths in one ability over another. When your psychic gift works optimally and when it gets blocked are also key points to note.
